HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You should receive your order within 2-5 days of placing it unless it is for a subscription item or your order contains a subscription item.
Subscription purchases made prior to the 5th of the month will be sent out in the first week of the month following.
Orders made with both a subscription and non-subscription item will be sent separately.
WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?
As we only ship within New Zealand, you can only check out in NZD. You can read more about why we only ship within New Zealand here.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY?
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the goods are faulty. If you have a problem with a product in your order then please contact email@example.com and quote the order number within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

MY ORDER CONTAINS A SUBSCRIPTION ITEM BUT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED SHIPPING?
Orders that contain both subscription and non-subscription items will be charged shipping as the non-subscription items will be shipped separately, but don’t worry! Shipping won’t be charged on future subscription deliveries.
WHY CAN’T I CHOSE THE COLOUR OF MY TOOTHBRUSH WHEN I AM ON A SUBSCRIPTION?
Currently we can not offer colour selection on subscription toothbrushes however we will ensure that orders with multiple toothbrushes will have different colours for each toothbrush so that you can each claim an individual colour and avoid the ‘which toothbrush is mine’ debate.
