WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR STORE? 

We made the tough decision to close our physical store on Elizabeth Street at the end of 2021. We will continue to offer all your favourites through our online store and look forward to the opportunities to pop up around New Zealand in the future. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You should receive your order within 2-5 business days. If you haven't received your tracking information please send us an email so we can help you out!

WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?

Although outside of New Zealand prices may display in your local currency you will be charged in NZD as we are based in New Zealand. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the goods are faulty. If you have a problem with a product in your order then please contact hello@theminimal.co.nz and quote the order number within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

CAN I RETURN MY EMPTY JARS AND BOTTLES?

Yes! We take back almost all of bottles and jars from products we make and sell. You can find out more here.
