What’s included in a Capture Kit?
Each kit includes the cameras listed in your chosen package, film, SD cards, extra batteries, chargers, low-light camcorder attachment and simple guides for you and your guests.
Do guests actually use the cameras?
Yes. The kits are designed to be easy to pick up and pass around. Guests do not need to be confident with cameras - that is part of the charm.
Do guests need experience with film cameras?
No. The cameras are simple to use and each kit includes easy instructions. The aim is not perfect photography - it is honest, guest-led memories.
What happens after the event?
You return the kit to us, and we organise the camcorder footage, develop the film and prepare your memories for delivery.
What’s the difference between the Highlight Film and editorial video?
The editorial video is included in The Keepsake and is a shorter edited piece designed to give you a polished snapshot of the atmosphere captured on the camcorder.
The Highlight Film is a more considered 3–5 minute edit available as an add-on. It is shaped with more storytelling using your Capture Kit footage to create something easy to watch, share and revisit.
Can we customise our kit?
Yes. You can add extras such as an additional camcorder, Highlight Film or Keepsake Collection depending on the size and style of your celebration.
Can you ship outside Wellington?
Wellington pickup is available, and delivery options can be discussed depending on your location and event date.
How long does it take to receive everything back?
Timing depends on film development and the size of your kit, but we will confirm expected delivery timeframes when you book.
