Together the collection moves from herb salts and za’atar to Japanese-inspired spice blends and aromatic South Asian seasonings, encouraging experimentation, slower cooking and shared meals.

Kawakawa & Feijoa Za’atar 50g
A New Zealand interpretation of the traditional Middle Eastern seasoning blend, combining oregano, thyme and toasted sesame with feijoa and native kawakawa. Bright, herbal and gently tingling, it is delicious with olive oil and flatbread, stirred through hummus or sprinkled over roasted vegetables and chicken.

Orange & Horopito Shichimi 50g
Inspired by Japanese shichimi togarashi, this blend combines toasted sesame, chilli, hemp hearts and citrus with native horopito for warmth and complexity. The result is nutty, aromatic and slightly bitter, making it ideal for noodles, soups, fish, vegetables and grilled meats.

Chaat Masala Seasoning 45g
A savoury, tangy spice blend inspired by South Asian cooking. Warm spices, green mango and mint create a seasoning that is equally at home on roasted vegetables, hot chips, grilled meats or sprinkled over yoghurt and salads.

Red Wine & Plum Herb Salt 80g
Pink Himalayan salt infused with organic Hawke’s Bay pinot noir and blended with herbs, Black Doris plum and sumac. Rich, aromatic and slightly tart, it brings colour and depth to roasted vegetables, grilled meat and simple everyday cooking.
Ingredients
Kawakawa & Feijoa Za’atar: Toasted sesame, oregano, feijoa (8%), sumac, kawakawa (5%), coriander, cumin, thyme, chilli, fennel, caraway, salt. Contains sesame.
Orange & Horopito Shichimi: Toasted sesame, hemp hearts, chilli, szechuan peppercorns, orange (5%), horopito (4%), ginger, kelp, salt, lime. Contains sesame.
Chaat Masala: Coriander, cumin, mango, garlic, onion, Himalayan black salt, sugar, ginger, fennel, chilli, fenugreek, caraway, mint, pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, asafoetida. May contain traces of sesame.
Red Wine & Plum Herb Salt: Himalayan pink salt, organic red wine (20%), Black Doris plum (7%), sumac, pepper, rosemary, dill, coriander, celery seed, juniper and thyme. Contains celery. May contain traces of sesame.
