Beldi Drinking Glass
Hand-blown Moroccan glass designed for everyday drinks, shared tables and relaxed entertaining.
Made by skilled artisans in Morocco using recycled glass, these traditional Beldi glasses bring the same distinctive handmade character as our Beldi jugs to the everyday table.
The 250ml size is wonderfully versatile – generous enough for water, juice and soft drinks, while its simple shape also makes it a relaxed alternative to traditional stemware for wine. Designed to be mixed, matched and used often, it moves easily from everyday dinners to long lunches and gatherings with friends.
Its softly irregular shape and characteristic raised band give the glass its recognisable Beldi form, while the recycled glass lends each piece subtle variations of its own.
Because each glass is individually hand-blown, slight variations in shape, colour and small bubbles within the glass are considered part of its character and reflect the traditional methods used to create it.
Why we chose this
We already loved the relaxed, everyday quality of the Beldi jugs, and the glasses make them feel like part of a complete table rather than a standalone piece.
The medium size is particularly useful: not reserved for one particular drink or occasion, but something that can become the glass you instinctively reach for – water with dinner, wine with friends, or something cold on a summer afternoon.
About Beldi Glass
Beldi glass has been made in Morocco for generations using traditional glassblowing techniques and recycled glass. Originally created for everyday use, these pieces are valued for their durability, simplicity and distinctive hand-crafted character.
Each piece is individually made by skilled artisans, resulting in subtle variations that make every jug unique. These small imperfections are part of the beauty of Beldi glass and reflect its long tradition of practical, everyday craftsmanship.
