Daeli Hydration is a New Zealand-made electrolyte powder designed to support hydration through a refreshing blend of essential minerals and fruit-inspired flavours.
Each sachet contains 800mg sodium, 200mg potassium, 100mg magnesium and 50mg vitamin C, with no sugar or artificial flavours. The concentrated formula provides a convenient way to supplement your electrolyte intake without reaching for a traditional sports drink.
Simply mix a sachet into 500ml - 1L of water, adjusting the strength to suit your taste. Each pouch contains 21 individually wrapped sachets, small enough to slip into a pocket, handbag or wallet, making them easy to keep close throughout the day.
Available in five flavours: Salted Cherry, Salted Limeade, Salted Mango, Salted Pineapple and Salted Watermelon.
Why We Chose This
Sometimes the products we choose for The Minimal come from the most personal experiences.
After a particularly difficult period of illness, I found myself struggling with dehydration despite drinking plenty of water. It turned out that drinking more wasn't necessarily the answer. My GP identified that I needed to pay more attention to my sodium intake and recommended Daeli to help support my electrolyte balance.
What began as a practical recommendation has since become a genuinely helpful part of my daily routine. I love the refreshing flavours, the convenience of having a sachet wherever I go, and how something so simple has made looking after myself feel that little bit easier.
