Saint John sits somewhere between a hot sauce, a condiment and a pantry staple. Sweet Alphonso mango is balanced by fresh ginger, turmeric and warming chilli to create a sauce that feels vibrant rather than intensely hot.

Why we chose this

It is the sort of bottle that quickly earns a permanent place in the fridge door - spooned over roasted vegetables, added to fish tacos, served alongside grilled chicken or stirred through yoghurt for an easy dressing.

We chose it because it brings colour, warmth and flavour to everyday cooking while still feeling thoughtful enough to give as a small gift or add to a host parcel.
