Saint Phillip combines roasted red capsicum, smoked chilli and caramelised onion to create a sauce with warmth, depth and gentle heat. The slow roasting brings sweetness and richness, while smoked paprika, cumin and black pepper add a savoury complexity that feels familiar from the very first taste.

Unlike sharper vinegar-forward hot sauces, Phillip is rounder and softer, balancing red wine vinegar and organic apple cider vinegar with roasted vegetables and subtle smoke. The result is a sauce that adds flavour as much as heat.
