The Wonderland Tasting Trio

Three playful plant-based confections, handmade in Wellington and gathered together for sharing, gifting or quietly keeping in the pantry.

The selection moves from creamy caramel to salted caramel and bright pineapple, with each treat wrapped in Wonderland’s smooth cashew milk chocolate. Familiar flavours are made a little more surprising through thoughtful ingredients, small-batch production and Wonderland’s characteristic sense of fun.

Each of these chocolates has its own character, but they belong naturally alongside one another. The trio offers a generous introduction to Wonderland and works equally well brought out with coffee, added to a host gift or kept for an afternoon treat.

About Wonderland Chocolate

Wonderland Chocolate is a small Wellington chocolate maker creating playful plant-based treats from their factory in Lyall Bay.

Founded by Kate after struggling to find genuinely delicious dairy-free chocolate, Wonderland combines traditional confectionery, thoughtful ingredients and a sense of fun. Their chocolates are made using transparent-trade cacao and handcrafted in small batches on the Miramar Peninsula.

The name itself comes from Wellington’s original Wonderland amusement park, which once stood in Miramar and brought rides, fireworks and entertainment to the peninsula in the early 1900s. That sense of joy, nostalgia and delight continues to influence the brand today.

At The Minimal, we particularly love that Wonderland feels both local and unexpected. Their chocolates are made just a few kilometres from our own home, bringing together beautiful ingredients, playful packaging and the kind of treats that make people smile.
