Shipping + Handling
The Minimal Co. has standard courier pick ups Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with extra collections during busy periods. Please note that orders placed after 9am of a pick up day will likely not be collected until the following pickup.
Local Shipping
For those living locally, we offer delivery by No Car Cargo within the 6011 post code for a flat rate of $5 or free on orders over $75. Local deliveries are normally made within 48 hours of ordering or if you require your order sooner please email us at hello@theminimal.co.nz and we can organise this.
We also offer free pick up from our HQ in Mt Victoria by appointment.
Domestic Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping around New Zealand at $10 per order and free shipping for all orders over $75.
All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of the order being placed and will be delivered via tracked courier within 1-2 business days.
Please note: orders containing pre-order items will be shipped together once the pre-order item has arrived.
Trans Tasman Shipping
We currently offer two tier shipping to Australia, with orders under 1kg being shipped at a rate of $15 (or $20 tracked) and orders over 1kg being shipped at a rate of $25 (or $30 tracked). We also offer free shipping on all orders over $200.
All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of the order being placed and should be delivered via courier within 3-10 business days.
Please note: orders containing pre-order items will be shipped together once the pre-order item has arrived.
Due to Covid-19 international shipping rates are more expensive than usual and packages may be delayed depending on the ever evolving situation. We will update our shipping prices when prices return to normal to ensure you are only paying for the actual cost of shipping.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to those in Europe and Northern America. This is offered at cost price, within each available weight class, for both tracked and untracked parcels.
