Studies have shown that jigsaw puzzles can help improve visual-spatial reasoning, short-term memory, and problem-solving skills as well as improving mental health. 

Puzzles are such a good activity for when you want to slow down and take some time out. You can listen to your favourite podcast, music, or just chat with friends and enjoy the puzzle coming together. We find its a great activity to get us away from the screens and it is also great to have to keep you occupied if there is a power cut!
